

I’m Machell Andrews Wright, also known as Coach Wright, founder of Wright Life/Health Coaching, LLC.
As a Certified Life/Health Coach, I help people who are tired of starting over build simple, sustainable consistency in their health and life. My work combines psychology-based coaching, mindset support, habit-building, wellness accountability, and real-life structure.
I help clients move beyond motivation and create rhythms they can actually maintain.
This work is personal for me. I know what it feels like to look successful on the outside while feeling disconnected on the inside. My own journey taught me that transformation does not happen through pressure, shame, or perfection. It happens when we get honest, create structure, receive support, and begin living in alignment with who we are becoming.
